About the Role:
Flava Wings in Houston, TX is looking for a passionate and driven Manager to lead our team and keep the good times — and great wings — rolling! This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of daily operations in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant environment. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards
- Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor cost controls
- Monitor food quality, preparation, and presentation to uphold brand standards
- Handle inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Drive sales performance and meet revenue and profitability goals
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining atmosphere
Requirements:
- Food Manager's Certification required
- 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environment preferred
- Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and local health codes
- Proven ability to manage labor, food costs, and overall P&L
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and some holidays
Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
